Hi! 'Til you get to know me, I'm a mysttrie; shy, quiet, sweet. Also kind, intelligent, tenacious, persevering, accomplished and awesome. Most of all, REAL. I'm known as truly genuine.

I prefer holistic and natural living. I value communication and humble straightforwardness. I enjoy simple relatively free things. My children and grandchildren have always been my primary joy. I love being w/them, w/wonderful friends, and having precious quiet time alone.

I'm a simple girl but lived a full complex life; a bit excessive, as I don't give up on what's important. I've courageously survived intense challenges, rarely taken the easy road. I've recovered from life traumas and critical health issues, which brought blessings I may otherwise never have known. Grateful to be alive, I work to fulfill my life's missions.

Love and family are 1st priority. Despite corruption of our present day world--money, power, and material possessions don't make my world turn. I work to advocate and protect children, and aspire someday we may find ways to make a difference together. I'm adaptable and put my all into all I do. I can enjoy any activity in the right company. I know how it feels to be adored and cherished, and won't settle for less.

I appreciate music, nature and animals, don't care for fast paced and modern. I enjoy old-fashioned standards, vintage-era homes and decor, antiques, anything wabi-sabi (know what that means?).

I'm a writer and poet, passionate about my book projects, nonprofit work and service. I stay busy and creative. I'm a fine artist, illustrator, graphics and web designer. I enjoy building and remodeling (I built an 8-bedrm 3-story home on 4.5 acres as a single mom). I love to dance and sing. I strive for balance, despite obstacles. I can be serious and opinionated, but love to play. I'm strong-willed and can be rebellious. If someone says it can't be done, I'll do it!

I'm interested in new friends with similar experiences and feelings, who are understanding and trustworthy. My match and I will mutually cherish, adore and love one another with blessings and guidance from the Lord, who will be the foundation of our union as we share our eternal journey together. I identify in my heart as a widow through experience, but can still be sealed in the temple; I've never yet had the opportunity for a fulfilling marriage, but have lost love both through death and divorce. I know how to compromise and have lots to give. I believe the best blessings are ours when we trust and endure in faith. I'm comforted that HF knows, loves, and provides for us individually. His design for us is infinitely better than what we could ever imagine on our own. My challenge is letting go and relying on faith, each day, each moment.
